The amazing food preparers many of whom we didn’t meet produced the most beautiful and delicious breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas, lunches and dinners. I thank and appreciate all those precious hands that prepared them. Christmas Island has many layers to it but I felt enveloped in nature and kindness.
